1. Our clients are corporations who hire us to distribute research reports we purchase from contracted analysts. Research reports provide Independent Research Analyst Coverage for un-followed companies, or corporations that have been dropped by Wall Street research and investment banking firms.
2. Financial Modeling. The Cohen Financial and Valuation Model includes 800,000 cells, and 250,000 formulas in Excel, 7 different valuation methods, 3 cash flow methods, 825 charts and graphs plus an investment banking and Pipe module. The Model is our proprietary analytical research engine. We also build and customize our model for our clients.
3. We write, by contract, customized research reports for money managers at various institutions.
4. We also specialize in writing, by contract, in depth short sale reports for hedge fund managers. Our short sale reports are not distributed to the investment community.

The formats of our research reports are unique in Wall Street.

Each report includes colored pictures that highlight a company's story. Reports are in depth, averaging 147 pages during the last 12 months. To the best of our knowledge, we are one of the few firms on Wall Street that regularly uses in our research, colored pictures and colored diagrams to help visually portray a company's story.
